What’s a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant, or “VA”,
provides a great variety of administrative services to
clients of small or growing businesses.
In a traditional, non-virtual work setting,
business support staff may be called office managers, personal assistants or
administrative assistants among many titles.
Virtual
Assistants provide many of the same support services,
but independently from
their own offices.
They are small business owners, just like many
of their clients.
The Wright Solution provides
general administrative services to a wide variety of
clients in different fields. Services are personalized to individual needs, they are
always confidential and, unlikely temporary office
staff, we take an active interest in your
success.
How
do I work with a Virtual Assistant?
How you work with a VA is very much
up to you, your work style and the job that needs to be
done. Some clients are very telephone-based and
like to call in with questions or work, other
communicate almost solely via email. In the first
instance, we will need to talk with you on the phone and
gather information about your administrative needs and
work style.

Why
use a VA? Couldn't I just use a temp?
The Wright Solution specializes in
providing administrative and marketing solutions to
real estate agents. Our clients
are looking for assistance and support to grow their businesses.
We provide a level of
professionalism, consistency, and personal involvement
that temporary agencies cannot provide. If
building a professional working relationship matters to
you, working with a virtual assistant can achieve that
goal.

How
can I work with someone from a distance?
Occasionally, we get asked how you can really work
successfully with someone you have never met? The
answer comes from building a professional relationship based on trust and the
reliability of our services. Most new clients
trust us with progressively complex projects as their
confidence and needs grow.

What
equipment do I need?
There are no specific software
requirements but you will need a PC or Mac with internet
access. For clients
requiring personal scheduling or calendar management,
familiarity with MS Outlook or a calendar management
software program will be required.

What
if I prefer certain software or use a specialized
software product?
The Wright Solution uses many
popular software products. A full
range of our current equipment can supplied on request. New software
training is being
added all the time.
If we are not currently trained on
the service or
software you require, individual arrangements can be
made. Sometimes this can be at no cost to you
for the purchase or training. Please contact
us for more details.

I'm
not sure if this will work for me? How can I learn
more?
The best way to find out how a
virtual assistant can help you is to give us a
call and ask questions, or assign us a small project and
give it a try. Contact
us and ask for more information.

Do
I need to sign a contract?
Yes, always. It protects both
parties. You may view a
copy of our contract on request.

Do
you offer onsite services?
The Wright Solution is based in Central New
Jersey. Occasionally, we will attend businesses
onsite in this area. If you
are based in the Central NJ area and may require onsite
support, please let us know.

sometimes be made.
