The Wright Solution was founded by Caroline Wright and has been in business since 2000 offering a single or multi-VA team support to its clients.

Caroline is a long-time member of the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA), and holds their Certified Virtual Assistant designation (CVA), the Certified Real Estate Support Specialist (CRESS) designation and passed the industry’s Ethics Check exam.  She is also an IVAA Board Member and Director of Membership for the organization.

What’s a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant, or “VA”, provides a great variety of administrative services to clients of small or growing businesses.  In a traditional, non-virtual work setting, business support staff may be called office managers, personal assistants or administrative assistants among many titles.  

Virtual Assistants provide many of the same support services,  but independently from their own offices.  They are small business owners, just like many of their clients.

The Wright Solution provides general administrative services to a wide variety of clients in different fields.  Services are personalized to individual needs, they are always confidential and, unlikely temporary office staff, we take an active interest in your success.
